Estimates only
BuildCalc calculators produce planning estimates based on the inputs you provide and on national reference data. They aren't quotes, bids, appraisals, or engineering, structural, legal, tax or financial advice. Actual costs and quantities depend on site conditions, local prices, building codes and workmanship. Confirm requirements with your local building department and get written quotes from licensed contractors.
